His dishes are meticulously crafted to be intriguing and flavorful: tempura squash blossoms, crawfish enchiladas, duck confit with whipped ricotta and pickled peaches, Rondeno brings his signature style to every dish.


Now you can dine with Chef Ryan as he prepares a multi-course menu highlighting the season's freshest ingredients, applying his unique Cali-Creole twist. After booking, collaborate directly with Chef Ryan to design a personalized menu to suit your dining preferences.
