During our annual golf trip, we always plan a family dinner night. Our Island Lyfe dinner was, by far, the best dinner we have ever had. We ordered the filet and scallops and a giant seafood tower. The seafood tower contained fresh shrimp, lobster, crab legs and several trays of oysters. This was followed by a fresh caesar salad with homemade croutons and dressing. The entree was a perfectly cooked filet and seared scallops. Everything was delicious. The presentation of each course was incredible. Before each course, there was an explanation of what we had and how it was prepared. The chef was very nice and interacted well with our group, always checking in with us to make sure we were happy. We were very happy with the quality and quantity and would book this chef again.

Chef Julius and his assistant Dapper Dan were incredible!!!! They catered a fully vegan and GF meal for a group of 26 at my bach party. Not only was the food delicious but they were also a great vibe - my group was a rowdy bunch and these two had no problem at all with that! We loved it, highly recommend!
