Simply an elegant journey showcasing the best of Willamette Valley's farmers and artisans. These are some of our chef's favorite ways to showcase the plethora of incredible ingredients from the area.

The menu is designed as a framework for the meal, and we are happy to work with you to customize the details.


The day of the event, we will arrive two hours before the dinner to prepare, set the table, create an incredible dining experience, and clean up at the end of the meal. We will bring keepsake quality printed menus, some floral decor, designer plates, and flatware.
