Maryland Seafood Fest

This is a meal for seafood lovers! Maryland has a lot to offer and being a coastal state it is largely seafood based. If you haven't lived or grown up here you may have never been introduced to the Maryland flavors. Throughout this course your chef will take you on the flavor journey of Maryland and its seafood.


Please note there is an interactive course where you may or may not get messy! The team will arrive 2 hours prior to event to set up for event and will stay up to an hour after to clean up. All serving utensils and needs will be provided unless otherwise discussed. Alcohol pairings per course are available in the amenity section.

A twist on a Baltimore classic, with slow roasted tender beef. Topped with sliced onions and the secret sauce.

Steamed Crabs

Dive into the Maryland waters and enjoy the main delight, Maryland Blue Crabs. Whole, steamed crabs seasoned with nothing other than Old Bay. Served with shrimp, corn and melted butter. 4 crabs per person and will have eating instruction.

Rockfish

Have a taste of the official state fish of Maryland. Rockfish also known as striped bass is delicate fresh tasting fish. Enjoy a 6 oz. filet of Rock fish over a roasted cauliflower and pepper puree served with lemon roasted red potatoes and a vegetable medley. Accompanied by a 4 oz. jumbo lump crabcake.
