Arielle Lofton is an Alumna of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and the Owner/Chef of The Urbanist Chef LLC. Throughout her culinary career, Arielle has worked for well-known restaurants like Bourbon House and Palace Cafe in New Orleans, and Old Ebbitt Grill in Washington DC. She also had the pleasure of working under many talented and experienced chefs including CIA’s own, James Beard Award-Winner and Author of “Notes From A Young Black Chef” Chef Kwame Onwachi. As a chef, Arielle is passionate about food and coupling her cooking and urban planning background, Arielle wants to bring you a unique and memorable experience by highlighting fresh, seasonal menu items from local farms as The Urbanist Chef
