This is private dining at its most elevated: a 10-course tasting menu blending local, seasonal Colorado ingredients from Chef Steven Anthony. Begin your meal with delicious small plates including an amuse bouche, before going into a range of fish and meat courses, and finishing with a decadent dessert. This is the perfect way to enjoy a variety of textures and flavors curated by Chef Steven Anthony. Note that this menu can be prepared gluten-free and soy-free, just let the chef know in the "Notes" section when reserving.
