Texas Hill Country stretches west of Austin and north of San Antonio, with its stunning landscape of rolling limestone hills, spring-fed rivers and wildflower-dotted countryside. The region is known for its German heritage towns like Fredericksburg and growing wine industry with over 50 wineries along Wine Road 290. Culturally, the area offers a rich mix of live music venues, Western art galleries, and small-town festivals celebrating everything from wildflowers to wine. The dining scene blends Texas traditions with German influences: excellent barbecue joints, farm-to-table dining, and authentic biergartens.
We had so much fun!! Food was delicious and we had enough left overs for another meal! Great alternative to going out with a big group. Would 100% book again!
Chef Larry was great. He kept all of us (adults & kids) entertained & laughing all evening. The food was tasty, but the entertainment was A++.
Chef Larry was awesome!!!!
