Texas Hill Country stretches west of Austin and north of San Antonio, with its stunning landscape of rolling limestone hills, spring-fed rivers and wildflower-dotted countryside. The region is known for its German heritage towns like Fredericksburg and growing wine industry with over 50 wineries along Wine Road 290. Culturally, the area offers a rich mix of live music venues, Western art galleries, and small-town festivals celebrating everything from wildflowers to wine. The dining scene blends Texas traditions with German influences: excellent barbecue joints, farm-to-table dining, and authentic biergartens.
We had Tony come to do a Hibachi dinner for us. He was exceptional. We had such a good time - great food and a great show. He really went the extra mile to make sure we all had a super experience.
Tony the hibachi chef was wonderful!
