Ingredients foraged from Sonoma County, designed to pair with the wines you've collected while exploring the Napa and Sonoma wine country. Courses start off light for white wines and ends on a bold note for reds. Sommeliers are available to consult and attend the event upon request and availability.


The menu is designed as a framework for the meal, and we are happy to work with you to customize the details. The day of the event, we will arrive 2 hours before the dinner to prepare, set the table, create an incredible dining experience, and clean up at the end of the meal.
