Chef Khambay's Southeast Asian background brings these authentic flavors to the table, while utilizing the local bountiful produce.
The menu is designed as a framework for the meal, and we are happy to work with you to customize the details. — The day of the event, we will arrive 2 hours before the dinner to prepare, set the table, create an incredible dining experience, and clean up at the end of the meal. We will bring keepsake quality printed menus, some floral decor, designer plates, and flatware. We do not bring glassware as we would never want to take your glass from you before the evening is over, but we will set the glassware available at the property. Prices include sourcing and preparing all ingredients and ample staff and listed supplies.
