He moved to New York City in 2010 to work for Momofuku and later opened his first restaurant in Brooklyn in 2013. ‘Luksus’ received a Michelin star the first year possible and retained it for the entirety of the project. Since then he has worked as a consultant chef and has travelled all over the world for collaboration dinners and culinary events.
