She also produces the best gluten free artisan breads and baked goods you’ve ever had, and possesses the expertise to accommodate any and all dietary restrictions.


"I’ve worked as a private chef, the executive pastry chef at a gluten-free restaurant, a culinary instructor and lecturer, a recipe developer, founder and head chef of a gluten-free bread bakery, and the COO of a nationwide private meal prep service. My food is 100% gluten-free (sometimes grain-free), plant-based upon request, and always satisfying. I prefer to use seasonal ingredients that are locally sourced whenever possible, and enhance them with seasonings and techniques from around the world. My food may be free from a lot of things, but it’s packed with flavor!"
