Southern Italian Cucina Povera
By Iora Hospitality

The South is all about what the Italians call "materia prima"- the raw materials, the ingredients themselves. This is the land of San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella di bufala, bright red chilies, and fresh fish simply grilled with a splash of Amalfi lemon. The dishes for this meal showcase favorites from the sun scorched South.

The experience is served family style, meaning there will be platters with plenty to pass around and share as you enjoy flowing conversation around the dinner table, just as you would in Italy.

You can adjust the following selections now or later (up to 10 days in advance of your event).
