Hearty Bavarian specialties connect to centuries of Oktoberfest tradition: This is Chef Julius' love letter to plump Bratwurst and smoky Weisswurst sausages, sauerkraut and zwieble kuchen tarts, warm salty pretzels and rich Spätzle (egg noodles) smothered in cheese or gravy.
