I'm Jonathan Alexander, Founder & Executive Chef of L'BOE (Little Bit of Everything) Catering. I specialize in Latin Caribbean cuisine, and I offer unique culinary experiences that bring people together by engaging and awakening the palate. As an alumnus of David Chang's ANDO and Momofuku Noodle Bar, Chef JJ Johnson's FIELDTRIP, I learned the discipline, technique, and patience to be able to execute in this industry. Since the pandemic, I've also been working in partnership with NYCHA - the largest housing development in NYC, to provide meals to the less fortunate throughout these trying times. My culinary experience is diverse and rich, and my dedication to serving others is unmatched.
