Chef John has catered for kings and queens, and worked in no fewer than seven Michelin-rated restaurants across Europe, including England's The Waterside Inn (3 Michelin stars) and Le Gavroche (3 Michelin stars), and France's Moulin de Mougins (3 Michelin stars).
