Roasted Spence Farm fingerling potatoes served over creme fraiche and chive.

Cauliflower

Charred cauliflower served with brown butter, garlic scapes, and capers.

Chocolate Tres Leches

Chocolate tres leches cake served with Klug farm strawberries, candied cocoa nibs and Kligus whip cream.
