Embrace your inner foodie with a multi-course tasting menu showcasing the flavors of fish and farm. These plates are designed to elicit a taste of Colorado, showcasing the variety of flavors and textures of Colorado. The dining experience includes table decor (table runners, candles, and floral arrangements), seasonal 'welcome drink' infusions (non-alcoholic) from fruits, herbs, and teas grown locally in Colorado, plus a variety of chef-curated snacks to begin your meal. Our team handles all cleanup.

    Start with Chef's selection of small plates highlighting the season's finest ingredients. This experience highlights the best of what growers across Colorado are providing. Begin with a welcome juice inspired by seasonal herbs, teas, and fruit infused into a Welcome Juice. Move into the snacks course where 3 hors d'oeuvres showcase local products. The dining experience flows with a plethora of dishes after the snacks: an amuse, a seasonal salad, an appetizer, soup, palate cleanser, entree, and lastly finishing with dessert.

      • Chef Assistant
        No charge for first 5 adults$175 for every 10 thereafter.

        To provide the perfect service for your group, Chef Assistants are required for groups of 5+.

      • Travel Fee

        Boriqua offers events state-wide and travels to all of Colorado. For services and events outside of the Breckenridge area, a travel fee will be applied to your booking. Approximate Travel Fees that will be applied to your booking: Vail: $75 Beaver Creek: $85 Winter Park: $95 Aspen: $165 Telluride: $185

        $185 per booking

        Boriqua offers events state-wide and travels to all areas of Colorado for a fee that covers transportation and logistics for our team. For events in Aspen, Telluride & Steamboat, a lodging fee is required to cover the overnight expense.
