Indulge in an exquisite Colorado dining experience at your very own Chef's Table. Chef Steven Anthony selects the very best local produce and proteins to create a menu celebrating the season's peak ingredients. This is a great option for people who want to say, "Yes chef! Curate a meal with whatever ingredients you think are best right now." If you have specific likes or dislikes (i.e., we don't like pork, crank up the spicy heat, we are gluten free, etc.) let us know in the "Notes" section.
