Begin with a welcome juice inspired by seasonal herbs, teas, and fruit infused into a Welcome Juice. Move into the snacks course where 3 hors d'oeuvres showcase local products. The experience continues with a choice of a seasonal salad, appetizer, or soup. Next up is the main event of the evening with a choice of fish, meat, or game.
