Taco Party: Chicken Tinga & Beef Barbacoa

Our taco party has everything you need to celebrate in style with friends and family. Guacamole and tortilla chips, Spanish rice, black beans, roasted peppers and onions fajita-style, corn and flour tortillas, plus toppings such as shredded cheese and lettuce, sliced avocado, cilantro, sour cream, sliced limes, pico de gallo, and rojo and verde salsas. This meal comes with two different fillings for your tacos: chicken tinga (shredded chicken in a sauce made from tomatoes, chipotle chilis in adobo) and beef barbacoa (pulled beef tossed in a chipotle-spiced sauce).
