Chef Sieger Bayer is the founder and culinary force behind Chicago's bar Berria. He gained early recognition as an 'Eater Young Gun' and 'Zagat 30 Under 30' chef; things got really interesting after winning both Beat Bobby Flay in 2021 and Chopped in 2023.


Now you can dine with Chef Sieger as he prepares a multi-course menu highlighting the season's freshest ingredients. After booking, you can work directly with Chef Sieger to design a tasting menu to suit your style and dining preferences. This is a rare opportunity to have a master of culinary craft and flavor cook for you, in your home, sharing his passion and experience.

Starting at $1,500. Once this minimum is met, additional adults are $150 per adult, excluding optional add-ons, gratuity and fees.
