Madeline Lytton Personal Chefs and Catering

When other kids in her Charleston neighborhood were eating hotdogs, Madeline Lytton and her sister were eating artichokes, thanks to a mom trained in classical French cuisine. That early introduction to fresh, beautifully prepared food led Madeline to Europe where she fell in love with the simple, healthy beauty of the Mediterranean palate of Spain, Italy, and France.

Chef Madeline went on to attend the Cordon Bleu Program at the California Culinary Academy and apprenticed at Alice Waters’ legendary Chez Panisse. In 2009 she returned to her Lowcountry roots, her husband and two young daughters by her side. Since then, Madeline and her team have been making fresh, simply delicious food from locally sourced ingredients for locals and visitors alike.
