Chef Chris Santos' dream of opening a restaurant has turned into five restaurants. He was the driving force behind New York's The Stanton Social, VANDAL and Beauty & Essex. He's since added Beauty & Essex locations in Las Vegas and Hollywood, along with Stanton Social Prime at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Chef Santos is also a judge on Food Network’s popular shows Chopped and Chopped Junior. Life out of his chef whites includes a love for boxing, rock n’ roll and tattoos; in 2016 he launched Blacklight Media, a hard rock and heavy metal music label.
