Three-Course Farm-to-Table
By The Ground

This experience showcases the abundance and diversity of our very own Tabula Rasa Farms & Source Farm’s produce and proteins. The farm is devoted to permaculture and regenerative agriculture, raising grass-fed/grass-finished beef and lamb, heritage breed pork, and pastured laying hens naturally and respectfully. Through regenerative farming methods that promise improved soil health and higher nutrient density, the farm mimics nature as much as possible, resulting in incredibly flavorful, fresh vegetables. Each course is thoughtfully prepared to highlight these locally-sourced ingredients and farm-raised meats, crafted into a menu that showcases the bounty and diversity of the Willamette Valley. Our staff will arrive around 90 minutes before seated dinner to start preparations. We bring all the plates, silverware, napkins, water glasses, and menus.

The Ground

The Ground is an evolving collection of destinations and experiences throughout Yamhill County, designed to help species connect in harmony with one another. It all started with our Tabula Rasa Farm, which is devoted to permaculture and regenerative agriculture, raising grass-fed/grass-finished beef and lamb, heritage breed pork, and pastured laying hens naturally and respectfully. Fueled by her locavore tendencies and strong desire to understand where her food was coming from, founder of Tabula Rasa, Brenda Smola-Foti envisioned a working farm that would cultivate harmony between land, animals, and people.
