Absolutely LOVED Chef Alex! We discussed menu options in advance and he was very sensitive to my food allergies/restrictions. He went to great lengths to secure a couple of favorites for me (caviar, elk and fresh flown in Canadian salmon!). Loved some of the unique ingredients he brought that we haven't previously tried. In addition to being a great chef, he is also a great co host with experiences our guests still talk about! Everyone loved him and would HIGHLY recommend Chef Alex! looking forward to future dinners with him!
