    The cost is $200 per adult with a minimum booking of $1,200 excluding tax, fees and gratuity. For groups of 10 or more, the cost decreases to $180 per adult.

Aside from working at her restaurant, Eliza also earned a spot in Season 10's Top Chef competition on Bravo. For over two decades, the talented chef has been serving her exquisite culinary mastery to clientele in the eclectic resort town of Telluride, in southwestern Colorado. Her unique flavor palette reflects on experiences of growing up in the South, working at prestigious fine dining establishments in New Orleans and Napa Valley, attending Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France, and from the Rocky Mountains she now calls home.
