Chef Eliza will select the very best local produce and proteins to create an exquisite tasting menu that celebrates the season's peak ingredients. Your experience may be customized to suit the number of courses that you would like to experience. If you have specific requirements (i.e., we don't like lamb, we need dairy free, etc.) let us know in the "Notes" section. Chef Eliza specializes in adapting recipes to suit your personal needs and can accommodate most any dietary request.

For over two decades, the talented chef has been serving her exquisite culinary mastery to clientele in the eclectic resort town of Telluride, in southwestern Colorado. Her unique flavor palette reflects on experiences of growing up in the South, working at prestigious fine dining establishments in New Orleans and Napa Valley, attending Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France, and from the Rocky Mountains she now calls home. Whether you are looking for an intimate dinner, or a wedding with hundreds of guests, Chef Eliza will work to create a lasting memory for you and your guests.
