We definitely enjoyed using this service for our trip. The scheduling and payment processes were easy to do. Grocery selection does not have to be completed at one time. The shopping cart will hold your items until ready to checkout. I like the substitution feature. You can allow substitutions to individual items if the selected item is not available. Groceries were already delivered and put away when we arrived. Overall, we were happy with everything.
Service was easy to use. Staff communicated well during the process. Payment processing was easy. Groceries were delivered on time the day of our arrival. This definitely saved us some time when we got here. Thank you!
Alan and Eric were great. Funny, engaging and personable. The food was delicious! We got edamame and dumpling apps and both were great. We had a group of 12 so got at least one of every protein and there was not one complaint. Done perfectly and delicious. Rice and veggies were also very tasty and done perfectly. A highly entertaining and delicious meal. The only thing that was not appreciated was the sake. It did not taste like sake. And we were a group of mostly over-60's and could have done without the squirt bottle and squirt gun full of "sake". Other than that it was a 10/10 experience -HIGHLY recommend.
