The food minimum for non-peak dates is 650.00 please note this is the minimum before potential staff tax and fees. We require 1 staff person per every 6 guests. The non-peak rate for staff is 225.00. We have a 23% event service fee for any in-house services. There is no event fee for a hot drop off just a 50.00 delivery fee if you are in town.
