At the heart of this experience is our exquisite seafood tower, a magnificent showcase of flavors and textures that will transport you to the coastal haven of your dreams. Wonders of the Sea

Our celebration of the starts with a visually stunning Seafood Tower: yellowtail and salmon crudo, oysters on the half-shell, slow poached lobster and shrimp, mussels Conserva and charred broccolini. Our decadent seafood journey continues with shrimp Louie served with cedar-roasted Kabocha squash, petite romaine and grilled chicory; and an arugula salad. Our grilled asparagus is served with Dukkah, labneh and fragrant za'atar spice. Utah trout en Cartoccio is served with capers, Swiss chard and fingerling potatoes. Dessert is a bright sponge cake with macerated strawberries, orange-scented Chantilly and fresh mint.
