Holiday Dropoff Meal

This decadent holiday meal includes housemade dinner rolls, a wild smoked-salmon Board, Chef Meghan's 'Slutty' cauliflower dip with chive crostini, port-braised short ribs with sweet carrots and leeks plus two sides: creamed kale and spinach gratin, and whipped potatoes with chives and olive oil. Dessert is a elegant chocolate decadence cake with berries and whipped cream.
