Chef will procure the finest local and seasonal ingredients to craft a delicious meal - small bites, salad, main course, sides - that highlights the best of California.     In 2011, a culinary fire was ignited when Chef Amber graduated from San Diego Culinary Institute. Adventure guided her into the world of nomadic seasonal work, where kitchens across the nation became her canvas. Amidst the hustle and sizzle, she found her true voice in the vibrant tapestry of cuisine. After leaving her fine dining kitchen in Mammoth Lakes in 2020, destiny led her to plant roots in the sun-kissed embrace of the Coachella Valley.


    Here, she donned the mantle of Executive Sous Chef at award-winning establishments, infusing her magic into each plate. At the heart of her culinary journey, there's a perpetual goal: to curate a spread that not only tantalizes the taste buds but also kindles conversations and bonds. It's about crafting moments that linger as cherished memories among those gathered at the table.
