Her cooking style is healthy, international comfort food with all the right elements of seasonality, presentation, quality, portion size and balance of flavor and texture. She specializes in gluten-free and vegan comfort food with an international twist: flavors and spices reminiscent of the Mediterranean, Asia, the Middle East.


This is her casual menu intended for passing around the table with friends and family. Perfect for intimate evenings with close friends or family. Chef Heidi will procure the finest local and seasonal ingredients to craft a delicious meal - appetizers, main course, sides and dessert - that highlights the best of the region and served for casual sharing. Every meal turns fresh ingredients into unforgettable memories.

Starting at $890. Once this minimum is met, additional adults are $130 per adult, excluding optional add-ons, gratuity and fees.

This experience accommodates a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 40 guests.
Length

4-5 hours: 2 hours prep - 2.5 hour meal (including a cocktail hour and cleanup)

Your team typically arrives two hours before your start time and stays after to clean up
