Simply an elegant journey showcasing the best of Sonoma's farmers and artisans. This menu is designed to enhance your Diamond Mountain Tasting experience. The menu below is designed as a framework for the meal, and we are happy to work with you to customize the details. — The day of the event, we will arrive 2 hours before the dinner to prepare, set the table, create an incredible dining experience, and clean up at the end of the meal. We will bring designer plates, flatware, and linen napkins. Prices include sourcing and preparing all ingredients and ample staff and listed supplies.
