Dinner usually lasts about 90 minutes to 2 hours

You provide the wines and we'll create the dining experience to perfectly complement them. A menu crafted to pair with the incredible red wines of Napa Valley. Even the seafood dishes in this experience are designed to pair with elegant red wines. These are some of our favorite ways to showcase the plethora of incredible ingredients from the area. The menu below is designed as a framework for the meal, and we are happy to work with you to customize the details. — The day of the event, we will arrive 2 hours before the dinner to prepare, set the table, create an incredible dining experience, and clean up at the end of the meal. We will bring keepsake quality printed menus, some floral decor, designer plates, flatware, and linen napkins. We do not bring glassware as we would never want to take your glass from you before the evening is over, but we will set the glassware available at the property. Prices include sourcing and preparing all ingredients and ample staff and listed supplies.
