Everyone knows that when the dinner bell rings, there will always be something delectable on the table! For us, it’s all about connecting with people and sharing our passion. We love making people smile—whether it’s with a full heart, a happy belly, or both.


Founder Chef Nicholas is an award-winning pro in the kitchen and a talented ice sculptor. Born and raised in Westchester, New York, with Puerto Rican and Italian roots, he now calls the Reno/Tahoe area home.
