We love making people smile—whether it’s with a full heart, a happy belly, or both.


Founder Chef Nicholas is an award-winning pro in the kitchen and a talented ice sculptor. Born and raised in Westchester, New York, with Puerto Rican and Italian roots, he now calls the Reno/Tahoe area home.
