Owner and founder Chef John is an award-winning Master Chef from London, with 35 years of restaurant experience in seven different countries. Chef John has catered for kings and queens, and worked in no fewer than seven Michelin-rated restaurants across Europe, including England's The Waterside Inn (3 Michelin stars) and Le Gavroche (3 Michelin stars), and France's Moulin de Mougins (3 Michelin stars).
