Chef Emily proudly sources heirloom vegetables, heritage meats and produce from multi-generational family farms nestled in these historic hills. Each dish celebrates the region's agricultural legacy, from century-old apple orchards to sustainable dairy farms, offering a taste of the Berkshires' rich farming traditions and exceptional seasonal bounty and celebrating the season’s peak ingredients.
