Emily was amazing! So easy to collaborate with and fun to talk to 😊 The food was delicious with exciting flavor profiles and beautiful execution. What seem like small touches, like a birthday candle and serving desert to the birthday girl first, made the evening so memorable. The fact she cleans up and even starts the dishwasher were icing on the cake. Would definitely use her again…highly recommend!
Amazing work with the old Irish staple of corned beef and cabbage except gluten and dairy free with some chrones throw into too. Alec was very helpful and easy to deal with. His Green GF bunt cake with coconut whip cream was a huge hit at the end. I look forward to seeing his place in BirdRock too.
Chef kimberly was awesome and the food was great. We have all kind of diet restrictions and she went way beyond to take care of everyone. The BBQ night was really good and the Asian Fusion night was out of this world.
