Southern Nights
By Seasons Personal Chef

Celebrate the flavors of Charleston and the Carolinas with classic Southern offerings served in an elegant multi-course menu. Shrimp and grits, beef brisket, BBQ ribs, or a low country boil — plus a selection of appetizers, salads and desserts — means you craft the perfect menu to suits your group's tastes.

This is a casual affair, with appetizers set out on platters for everyone to enjoy while having drinks. After everyone is seated your salad, entrée and dessert are served and cleared. No-fuss, no worries, just delicious food with impeccable service so you can sit back and relax.

You can adjust the following selections now or later (up to 10 days in advance of your event).

    Seasons Personal Chef

A Charleston native, Chef Darrell graduated from Johnson and Wales, then made his way to Hawaii before returning to the Charleston area as a chef and manager in a variety of restaurants. After starting Seasons Personal Chef, his wife, Beth, joined him to assist and eventually open their bakery. They’re both really appreciative of the crew they’ve put together to make all of their events wonderful experiences.
