Chef Deljuan was AMAZING! He surprised us with delicious handmade chocolates to start. His curated dinner was beyond what we imagined it to be. Every bite was extraordinary from the fresh pea fritters and smoked bourbon molasses Cornish hens and his unique twist on shrimp and grits...and so much more, we hope to have the chance to have him chef for us on our next visit.
