Dripping Springs is the gateway to Texas Hill Country. The draw here is a scenic landscape of limestone hills, natural springs and oak-dotted countryside just 25 miles west of Austin. Many people are here to celebrate: the region is affectionately called the 'Wedding Capital of Texas' thanks to its picturesque venues and pastoral settings. Elevate any celebration here with your own private chef, blending Texas Hill Country cuisine with farm-to-table innovation that showcases fresh, locally sourced ingredients with Hill Country flair.
Alan and Eric were great. Funny, engaging and personable. The food was delicious! We got edamame and dumpling apps and both were great. We had a group of 12 so got at least one of every protein and there was not one complaint. Done perfectly and delicious. Rice and veggies were also very tasty and done perfectly. A highly entertaining and delicious meal. The only thing that was not appreciated was the sake. It did not taste like sake. And we were a group of mostly over-60's and could have done without the squirt bottle and squirt gun full of "sake". Other than that it was a 10/10 experience -HIGHLY recommend.
Chef Sake kept the vibes energetic and jovial. We were laughing so hard the whole night at his dry humor. My favorite night of the bachelorette!
Chef Sake was so funny and entertaining. He kept the mood and energy up for our bachelorette party.
