My love for food extends beyond the kitchen—I spend time hunting, fishing, and foraging, and farming deepening my connection to the ingredients I work with.


Throughout my career, I have worked at numerous fine dining restaurants extending from the East to West Coast. After years in the industry, my wife and I relocated to South Carolina five years ago to start our family.
