The Colorado Chef

I was born in Denver and raised in Evergreen, Colorado. I developed a passion for cooking and the creativity it provided at a young age. For my first job in the hospitality industry, I bussed tables and did dishes at a small Italian restaurant in my hometown. The head chef would always bring me on the line to show me how to prepare dishes and would always let me cook my own meals.

From that point on, I was hooked and knew I wanted to pursue a career in the culinary arts. After culinary school, I held numerous positions in restaurants and hotels. In 2013 I started The Colorado Chef to help people eat well no matter how or when: weekly meal preparation, diet planning, recipe design, private events, pairing dinners and cooking classes.

When I am not cooking for others, I will most likely still be found in the kitchen at home cooking for my family. Time is a gift, let me handle the cooking so you have time to do what you love: Eat. Drink. Create
