Chef Steven's seasonal menus reflect the ever-changing bounty of Colorado. The experience includes sparkling wine (one bottle for every 4 guests) plus table decor (table runners, candles, and floral arrangements), and seasonal 'welcome drink' infusions (non-alcoholic) from fruits, herbs, and teas grown locally in Colorado. We handle all cleanup.
