Chef Nick studied as an apprentice under one of the most renowned chefs in the sushi industry and is delighted to share his unique and exceptional sushi skills with you! Enjoy this exclusive opportunity to learn sushi from one of the best in the business.


Rice Preparation: Learn the basics of handling, cooking, and seasoning the perfect sushi rice. You will also learn about the differences in the kinds of rice and vinegar commonly used with sushi!


Maki vs Nigiri: We will go over the different "kinds" of sushi. You'll never wonder "what's that?" when you're looking at a sushi menu again.


Let's Roll: Things get totally immersive and you'll get to try your hand at creating your own maki and nigiri combos.
