Every meal is an opportunity to create a warm, personal experience that’s just as much about connection as it is about the food itself, with each dish crafted to suit the moment and tastes of my guests.

Chef's Table Experience - Customize from Chefs Favorites

An unforgettable dining experience that combines delicious food, skilled chefs, and captivating entertainment. Our chefs are experts in the art of hibachi cooking. They are also charismatic entertainers who will dazzle you with their impressive knife skills and fiery cooking techniques. It's the perfect way to celebrate any event with friends and family in the privacy and comfort of your own location. Each meal includes fried rice, fresh vegetables, salad, and two proteins of your choice (steak, chicken, shrimp, or salmon; filet mignon and lobster are available for a small additional fee). After booking, you can collaborate with the chef to adjust your menu to suit your group's dining and dietary preferences. The hibachi dinners typically start at 1pm, 4pm, 7pm and 9:30pm (local time). Please reach out to request a different time and we'll try our best to accommodate, depending on chef availability.

The perfect cocktail party food is bite-sized, delicious and substantial. Each delicate morsel should deliver complex flavors without requiring utensils or creating mess. A truly elegant cocktail party coordinates timing perfectly, allowing hosts to mingle effortlessly with guests. Your cocktail experience includes a gorgeous station display and four (or more!) items passed on trays. And, of course, the team handles all of the clean up so you can focus on connecting with your guests.
